- To improve our services and develop new features
- To communicate with you about your account and updates
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Photos uploaded for personalization are processed by our AI and are not stored permanently unless you choose to save them to your gallery.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Google AI (image generation). Each service has its own privacy policy and security measures.

Use of Service
You agree to:
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology
- Respect intellectual property rights
Generated Content
You own the rights to the party assets generated for you. However, similar assets may be generated for other users based on similar prompts. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve our services.
Credits & Refunds
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience technical issues preventing generation, please contact support and we'll work to resolve the issue or provide credit restoration on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
PartyPresto is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to printing errors or event delays.
